[SOLVED] End Device IP Address and DNS Info Broken

Hello Everybody

I have a problem.
Just like attachment .jpg file.
End Device IP Address and End Device DNS Hostname tables is space.
But Vender Name table space have.
Why ??

I have the same problem too.
In Device report I got Total IP's, but End Device IP Address is blank..
Any suggestion to solve this issue?

You need to monitor the router that services the switch to MacTrack and make sure that IP collection for that router is functional. Once this is done, the MAC's and IP's will "join" just fine.
