One of the difference between the new plugin archtecture and the old one is the way plugins are installed. Old style plugins didn't need you to click install, just add a line to global.php. New style ones need the install, and require that you *don't* add a line to global.php.
Old style plugins work on the new PA, but you get the message that you're seeing, because there are no install/uninstall/disable/enable options.

Weathermap 0.98a is out! & QuickTree 1.0. Superlinks is over there now (and built-in to Cacti 1.x).
Some Other Cacti tweaks, including strip-graphs, icons and snmp/netflow stuff.
