95th percentile, need new data sources after changing RRA

Hello,
I am graphing traffic statistics, and would like to build 95th percentile data based on data that is stored every time the poller is run (five minutes). I changed the RRA value.

Under Data sources >> RRA I changed the five minute rows value to: 105120

I am not sure what consoldation function is "average, max, min, last" but I kept it the same. Is this something to do with how cacti interpolates the data.

Anways, my main concern is to create new data sources, and create graphs based on these data sources. Because this way new rrd files will be created with the new values. I do not want to modify existing data sources. However the steps I take to create graphs on the interface statistics seems to not give me the option of creating a new data source. It wants to use the existing RRD file for the traffic statistics. How do I create a new graph and data source for interface statistics, when there is already a data source and graph for that interface?
