I have this script running, and it's great!
A possible future enhancement......
It would be nice to incorporate the dates/times that the poller failed for a particular device.
Device Availability Total Polls Failed Polls Failed Time
test-fw 99.30556 288 2 11:45pm, 11:50pm
test-sw 99.65278 288 1 5:25am
I don't know how you could make it look nice, perhaps another table below listing the times it failed or something. I can go look at my graphs for that device and see when it didn't poll/graph, but a summary would be even better!
Anyways, great script either way!

I got this working in a Windows environment. At the beginning of availabilityReport.php I had to change "<?" to "<?php". Also the format of the temp drive is "C:/temp/". Hope this helps someone else.kroyer22 wrote:Does this Work on Windows? When I try to run it from a command prompt it just displays the php script.
Thanks in advance
Im having problem with report
Hi,
I'm having trouble with the availability reports, especially the montly. Unfortunatly it doesn't reset the counter. So some of the devices accumulate the previous month as well.
Hopefully someone can help me.
Otherwise it is great!
Cacti Version 0.8.7b
Cacti OS unix
RRDTool Version RRDTool 1.3.x

Brilliant
This report function is brilliant useful - a nice clear/simple report that does everything needed availability wise.
I was just wondering if there was anyway someone could point me in the right direction.
I want to get the report to produce a html/php output file with the same contents as the email, so I can use superlinks or similar to add a tab showing the latest report- I don't want it to regenerate the data each time the page is visited, just display the same information that was in the last email.
Hope that makes sense, if anyone could help it would be great!
