[solved] No values in CPU graph when using snmp v3

Post by Abdullah »

Hi,

We are planning to query all our Cisco devices using SNMP V3. I added one device using using snmp v3 for testing purpose which was successfully discovered with all SNMP information. I created interface statistic Bandwidth and error graphs which were correctly showing data. While when I created CPU graph it shows no value. Do i need to change any thing for CPU data template. Please suggest what I need to do? please let me know if further information is required.

Thanks,

Are you using cmd.php or spine as a poller?

well the problem is resolved now. Actually SNMP V3 privacy and Authentication protocol passwords were not defined correctly on the device under SNMP option. Now as I am getting value for CPU graph, I would prefer to close this case.
