manage: list of email-address - format

Hi all,

wondered why my email alert via manage plugin did not work.
In manage-settings at global-email I entered the emails separated with ; .
In a tcpdump the settings-mailer build: "RCPT: <email1 email2>" instead of a RCPT-line for each email!
It does it because the foreach-clause did not find the list-separator.

Entering the emails like "email", "email" (note the space between ", and " ) did solve the problem.

Perhaps the designer of manage or settings could write here some less restrictive or more adaptive code.
