plugins issue

plugins issue

Hey all
i installed the plugin arch
and made the following command
cp -rf * /usr/share/cacti
and overitten the files there
then
i wget the monitor plugin
created a dir in the plugin directory (/usr/share/cacti/plugins)
and made cp -rf * /usr/share/cacti/plugins/monitor
when accessing the include/config.php
the below lines doesnt access in the first manner
$config['url_path'] = "/cacti/";

$plugins
so i added them and added also
$plugins[] = 'monitor';
any help please ?
the tab didnt show up !!

You have to give yourself permission through User Management.
