You surely can buy an unflexible software with poor feature and pay for support.
If you want answer to your question, first start to be courtesy, it will surely help.
Second it is lot of stuff in the cacti docs ( i.e your question about script...) and in the cacti "how to" forum.
Don't forget that the developer of cacti are not paid for this. They are doing a great job on their free time and are doing this for us.
