Login screen not workin

Hi everyone I'm quite new to Cacti .. I followed instructions in manual but I seems to be getting a weird problem.

#1 - When I go to : cacti.****.ca .. the login screen is shown but when I enter the default password "admin/admin" the sreen blinks but I stay at the login page .. almost as if the loginmprocess wasn't going through. I check in Cacti log fil is shows a sucessful login.

Help me please !

2) you likely have a php cookie/session issue.
