Thanks Jo for the immediate reply. I'm using the latest version of cacti (0.8.7d). I guess I'll just wait for your next revision. Once again, Thanks for the help.

Parsing Error Resolved.

Line 1090 of the cacti_host_template_bluecoat_proxy.xml is the source of the issue. By removing the degree symbol, it resolved the issue and allowed for an import. I don't know what the actual issue is, but this resolved the problem for me. So:

Broken Line:

<vertical_label>*C</vertical_label>

Newly Adjusted Line to:

<vertical_label>C</vertical_label>

* represents the degree symbol.

I was unable to open the file in xml notepad, but it reported the location of the error. Fixed it in about 3 minutes.
