Boost 2.4 + Spine/Cacti poller templates

I think someone asked for this in a different forum. This is what we use to graph much of the poller information for both Spine and Boost. This includes the new memory graphs from boost too. All done via the one script (which is included). Hopefully this all makes sense to those who might need/use it (it is based on someone else's template and I'd give them credit if I could recall who it was - sorry).

Includes:
-Boos tPoller Peak Memory
-Boost Server Time Statistics (poller runtime)
-Boost Server Statistics (RRDs updated + runtime)*
-Cacti Poller Item Statistics (SNMP polled, script polled, script server polled)
-Cacti Poller Statistics - Objects (Hosts, Hosts per process, datasources, RRDs updated)
-Cacti Poller Statistics - Runtime (poller runtime, processes, threads)
-Cacti Recache Statistics (time, hosts)


*: We split the runtime into its own graph because you couldn't see the runtime on the scale of the number of RRD updates in our environment

I can include graph images if needed, but this will hopefully be enough. Enjoy.

Sorry, I tried to take the easy way out. Redone in Tar/GZip'd format as it should have been originally. I guess I should also note that ss_poller.php goes in your scripts directory.
