Cacti on Windows XAMPP

This is my 1st post and I am new to Cacti. I am having problems with the installation.

Could someone kindly describe the steps I need to take to install cacti using XAMPP.

XAMPP for Windows is really easy to use. It installs PHP, MYSQL for you as well as other apps.
