SNMP - Get Processor Information - No data returned

Hi All
I got two Centos servers, one is 4.5 and the other is CentOS 5, the CentOS 5 server is not returning any rows for SNMP - Get Processor Information

A verbose query shows :

When I do a verbose query on Cacti for the CPU info I get this on the snmpd log of the target
