Are you certain you installed both the smaller exe setup prog, then unzipped and copied the larger .ZIP file into the PHP directory ? Also, do you have a backup PHP.INI which worked ?

Used to have the same problem, running cacti cmd.php script on my D: drive and having php installed on the C: drive.

Have copied the mibs files both on C:\usr\mibs and on d:\usr\mibs and everything goes righ now.

In fact, you need to have the \usr\mibs\ files on same drive where your php scripts are installed. If you plan to use php scripts both on C/, D:, etc.. dirve, you need to copy the mibs on each drive...
