I have a old Cacti installed in Linux and when I created the graphs them work fine!

Date Fri, 23 Jan 2009 10:06:02 -0200
Cacti Version 0.8.7a
Cacti OS unix
SNMP Version net-snmp
RRDTool Version RRDTool 1.2.x

I think the problem is the SNMP!

Cacti in Windows found 1325 items only.
Debugging Re-Index Method Status
1) SNMP - Interface Statistics (Verbose Query) Uptime Goes Backwards Success [1325 Items, 265 Rows]

Cacti in Linux found 2122 items.
1) SNMP - Interface Statistics (Verbose Query) Uptime Goes Backwards Success [2122 Items, 265 Rows]

On the "Data Query [SNMP - Interface Statistics] " is missing some interface's informations like type and speed.

What do you think?

The compare between Windows and linux, I assume...
1) you're querying the same device
2) cacti versions are the same
3) cacti settings, especially related to polling/networking AND for that device are the same.
4) polling implementation (cmd or spine) is the same.
