problem to import templates

Post by franpom »

Hello,

my cacty : 0.8.7b
my OS : degian sarge 3.1

I have a cacti that works without problem.
When I want to export the template of it to a ew cacti, it does not work.
When importing the new templates on cacti, I have no result.

I can't import template via xml file into cacti. I have tried the two
methods ( file or paste), it doesn't work .
Can someone help me finding out the pb or telling me an other way to import
templates .

thanks in advance for your help .

Do you have any error message? Did you allow file import in php.ini?

I'm able to reproduce the error. Trying to dig into it this weekend. Please open a bug report in mantis as given by http://www.cacti.net/bugs.php
