L2TP by Subscriber

I've been using cacti for over two years, its still by far the best i've tried. I've hit a wall now.

I am trying to graph ADSL L2TP tunnels on Juniper ERX-1440 Edge. I am having issues as the session is reinitialized, every 24/48 hours on average.

Has anyone had any luck with trying to graph via the Subscriber UserName?
