can't create aggregate graphs - CACTI 0.87

Hi all,
I've this cacti installation:

- Cacti 0.8.7b
- PA 2.1

I would create aggregate graphs using "aggregate" plugin v0.66.

I've followed those steps:

- untar zip files in "aggregate" directory in plugin folder
- add line $plugins[] = 'aggregate'; in global.php
- installation & activation plugin by "plugin management" menu. Now I can
see aggregate plugin Active.
- I've add realm permission to admin user selecting "Plugin Aggregate ->
Create Color Templates" in the realm menu.

The problem is that I can't see anything in the "Graph management" menu and I can't create aggregation graph.
Could you please help me?
