meant to say i am have issues creating the graphs.

It would be great to use platform independant file format when asking for help. In the meantime, see 2nd link of my sig which usually is a good start

I have read through the doc's I have even done a fresh install. snmp is pulling the interfaces but when i go to create a graph i get the following.

This data query returned 0 rows, perhaps there was a problem executing this data query. You can run this data query in debug mode to get more information.

And i get this in debug mode.

All this is fine. Please describe your problem as exact as possible. And have a look at the 2nd link of my sig, as it holds a debugging procedure

I have gone through the debug procedure and every thing is working. but i still get 0 rows when i go to create a graph for the device. even thou it is see the interface under bebug.
