It is most likely exceeding what you have set in "Maximum Value" for that data source item.

You will need to fix the data template and either
A) Delete the current RRD file you have
B) Use rrdtool tune to modify the maximum setting inside the rrd file.

Thanks for the reply.
Can you please clarify what you mean with "Exceeded max value ?"

In debug mode the graph shows

DEF:a="/usr/local/apache2/htdocs/cacti/rra/asterisk_server_cpu_system_807.rrd":cpu_system:AVERAGE \
DEF:b="/usr/local/apache2/htdocs/cacti/rra/asterisk_server_cpu_user_808.rrd":cpu_user:AVERAGE \
DEF:c="/usr/local/apache2/htdocs/cacti/rra/asterisk_server_cpu_nice_806.rrd":cpu_nice:AVERAGE \

Should I edit asterisk_server_cpu_user_808.rrd ?

Does this help

rrdtool tune asterisk_server_cpu_user_808_bup.rrd
DS[cpu_user] typ: COUNTER hbt: 600 min: 0.0000 max: 100.0000
