is there a plugin that will accept any SNMP trap recieved and fwd it to email? I saw snmptt but that only looks at traps recieved that are in mysql

From there you can set alerts that send them in email based on trap name to keyword

Take a look at the SYSLOG plugin, which does this quite well.
