Issue during Cacti setup???

I just followed official website for cacti Installation.
Whenever i am running:
http://mymachinename/cacti, it is poping up one small window related to Open or Save As.

It reads "Do you want to save this file?" the file name is cacti of 2.18 MB.
What I guess is something wrong with php.conf file under conf.d directory.

Can anyone help me with this?

I suppose it's httpd.conf now allowing php scripts to be executed
