Re-imported Graph Template missing from "Graph Template

Post by achooi »

Hello,
I removed "Host-MIB CPU utilization" graph template by mistake but I re-imported it. Now when I go to Management>Devices>MyDevice, in the "Add a graph template" drop-down list, it's still missing.

But when I go into Templates>Graph Templates, "Host-MIB CPU utilization" shows in this list. Can someone tell me how to correct this so I can add a "Host-MIB CPU utilization" graph?

I've also attached the "Host-MIB CPU utilization" xml file that I re-imported.

Thanks!

When you visit Graph Management, filter for the host in question, do you see a graph of this kind?

No I don't, Please see the attached file. "Host MIB Cpu Utilization" only shows in a list when I go under "Templates", it shows in "Graph templates" and "Data Templates"

Do you see any SQL errors in cacti.log?
