You're using cactid with 087b? That's not recommended. Please use spine instead

I am using spine with 0.8.7b and get the same gaps in the graphs. They only appear on hosts that have been recently added to cacti, the older hosts are graphing fine.

Please see 2nd link of my sig for basic debugging. The problem is, that your data sometimes is available and sometimes not. E.g. timeouts may be an issue. But you will have to check cacti.log to get at least a starting point
