new graph creation errors

Post by eddy »

I have been using Cacti 0.6.7 on win2k for several weeks now and everything was great until today when I tried to create a new graph using the snmp interfaces/view gathered interfaces/create new graph function, which I have done many times before, but now when I click on save I get these errors:

Warning: Unable to jump to row 0 on MySQL result index 21 in c:\apache\htdocs\cacti\include\utility_functions.php on line 311

Warning: Unable to jump to row 0 on MySQL result index 22 in c:\apache\htdocs\cacti\include\utility_functions.php on line 314

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at c:\apache\htdocs\cacti\include\utility_functions.php:311) in c:\apache\htdocs\cacti\snmp_interfaces.php on line 40

I check and the data source is created as is the graph but no data is being gathered.

Any idea what these errors might indicate?

Hmm I think is see the problem. It appears as you deleted the two colors that cacti is expecting when it creates those graphs. The colors are: '00CF00' and '002A97'. I suppose I should fix this in future versions however. Thanks for indirectly pointing this out.

your are exactly right. I inadvertantly deleted those colours when I was adding additional colours to my system. Once I put them back all was as expected.

Thanks
