Help: Realtime not showing graphs

So I had realtime plugin working before on the initial install of Cacti, using the manual installation of Cacti on a Windows 2003 server however, it crashed so I had to reinstall Cacti but instead I opted for the CactiEZ Distro.


I have configured the cache folder with its appropriate permissions, and installed the plugin like any other plugin. I do see the .rdd files of that particular graph I am trying to realtime on but I get the window below and the graph never shows, has anyone ever had this issue before?
