Errors on cacinda

hi ,

on mywelcome page, im getting a couple of errors

Notice: Undefined index: host in /var/www/html/cacinda/index.php on line 25

Im getting a device selection option though,,

as soon as i select the device,

im getting all the cacti images,,,but not nagios,,,,im getting the nagios icon though,,

and

are the other two messages im getting
