Sending alerts via POST

Is there anyway to use threshold to send out alert via POST?

Something like this:

POST /AlertService/Alert.asmx HTTP/1.1
Host: 192.168.1.1
Content-Type: text/xml; charset=utf-8
Content-Length: length
SOAPAction: ""


I'm sure you get the idea. Basically what I am trying to do is send the alert to our main alert system which will then take the alert and put it in place.
