C4 CMTS Modem Count

Hi,

I'm trying to graph the Modem Count using a two index query but due to the fact that the rest of the fields e.g ifName, ifDescr etc. are one-indexed, when creating a graph the name and description of the regarding OIDs cannot be displayed (only |query_ifName| is displayed) .
Is there a solution for using both one and two index OIDs in the same SNMP query?
