I can not find your answer.
The graphics rrdtool down in / var / www / cacti / rra / and I get the error that they are not
But I've seen that are in / var / lib / cacti /rra /
You know why?
Now the graphics are empty without data

Cacti uses rrd files in <path_cacti>/rra.
If you put them elsewhere, please create a symlink to the new directory

Not yet. There has been a recent contribution by oxo-oxo leading into that direction. You may try it and post your findings
