Freebsd mounted partitions

Post by skullone »

Hello all,
I have several FreeBSD 6.2 systems, and none of the correctly get the UCD get mounted partitions.
Here is the output in Cacti:

+ Running data query [2].
+ Found type = '3' [snmp query].
+ Found data query XML file at '/home/cacti/public_html/cacti/resource/snmp_queries/net-snmp_disk.xml'
+ XML file parsed ok.
+ Executing SNMP walk for list of indexes @ '.1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.9.1.1'
+ No SNMP data returned
+ Found data query XML file at '/home/cacti/public_html/cacti/resource/snmp_queries/net-snmp_disk.xml'
+ Found data query XML file at '/home/cacti/public_html/cacti/resource/snmp_queries/net-snmp_disk.xml'
+ Found data query XML file at '/home/cacti/public_html/cacti/resource/snmp_queries/net-snmp_disk.xml'

Also, when you snmpwalk:

# snmpwalk -v1 -On -c public localhost .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.9.1.1

Returns nothing, at all.

However, I found where the storage OID's are now:

# snmpwalk -v1 -c public 12.180.54.238 .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1

Gives me pages of output about Physical, Virtual, Buffer, Cache, Shared, Partitions, etc...

How would I go about modifying Cacti to look at the correct OID's for storage and memory to reflect this entirely different OID set?

I fixed my issues. I skipped using ucd/net-snmp get mounted partitions, and instead using the generic SNMP get mounted partitions option
