Graphs used to work but now all blank

Post by andeelym »

Hi,

I am really giving up on this. Cacti graphs used to work but one day, everything just broke down. Graphs used to update fine but now, they stopped updating. Look through just about everything and found no errors. Schedule tasks are still running fine.

Here is the info:
Operating System: Windows Server 2000
Webserver: Microsoft-IIS/5.0
Cacti: 0.8.7b
Spine: 0.8.7a
MySQL: 5.0.27
PHP: 5.2.5
RRDTool (Cygwin or Win32 version): RRDTool 1.2.26 (Win32)
Net-SNMP: 5.4.1-3
Cygwin (cygwin1.dll version): 1.5.24-cr-0x5f1
Plugin Architecture:

Not sure what else do you need. Do let me know.

Please help. Thank you.

For those wondering, I'm still here, but lost in the shadows. Yearning for less bugs. Who want's a Cacti 1.3/2.0? Streams anyone?

He did attach it to the first post...

Anyways, I see in your log file cacti is receiving traffic in/out data for various hosts, and then rrdtool update is called. All looks good. If rrd files are NOT getting updated (look at the last changed times for them), then it's an NTFS permission issue for your IUSR_ account not having Modify rights.

For some unknown reasons, everything is back to normal. Not sure what happened, but I did not do anything.
