Problems with traffic

I'm having problems with getting my traffic stats to generate correctly. It was running fine before I upgraded to the latest release. What is happening is that all my local stats except traffic are working correctly and all my external snmp stats aren't. The catch is, if I run the cmd.php from the command line everything works fine, but if it's from a cron job only my local stats without traffic works.

Any ideas? All the rra files are 777 as well as the log.
