Syslog plugin and external Kiwi server

How to connect to an external Kiwi machine and view the log into syslog plugin?

Sorry I forget to illustrate the entire system.
I have a Cacti server under windows with syslog plugin and I want to read inside Cacti the syslog of a different server with kiwi under windows machine.
I downloaded also syslogupd0.43 but I don't understand well how to use it.
If someone use it and can help me I appreciate.

You can use Kiwi to log to and external database(install MySQL ODBC driver on that machine, and connect to the MySQL syslog database on you cacti server), but this option is not free.
