The are multiple root causes that may create such graphs, e.g.
- host reachability problem
- snmp timeouts
- cacti poller runs too long (grep cacti.log for SYSTEM STATS)
Please see 2nd link of my sig for more help

There is no host reachability problem, if you see thats about 600Mbit/s and if host is unreachable my cell phone will go crazy.
Here is SYSTEM stats from cacti log.

09/26/2008 10:50:06 AM - SYSTEM STATS: Time:5.2604 Method:cmd.php Processes:1 Threads:N/A Hosts:7 HostsPerProcess:7 DataSources:132 RRDsProcessed:69

There is no snmp timeouts, because in mrtg i don`t have this kind of problems.

Ok. so all my assumptions are wrong.
It will be necessary to examine cacti.log more carefully in this case. See 2nd link of my sig for some hints. Due to an intermitting kind of this error, be warned: bug analysis will be harder. You will need to e.g. scan a range of hours to find possible errors.
BTB: which polling interval do you use?

I met the same problem. in cacti.log, it shows log like

10/12/2008 11:46:18 AM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] ERROR: SQL Assoc Failed!, Error:'1146', SQL:"SELECT name, file, function FROM plugin_hooks WHERE status = 1 AND hook = 'auth_alternate_realms'"

is this the possible reason? how could it be fixed?

This is an error with PIA only. ANd it has no effect on base cacti, e.g. on graphing. It will be fixed with 087c
