New install with errors - error log included.

Hi I am using Windows 2003 Server with Apache, PHP, and MySql. I have installed all of the components as per the install instructions. I am able to log in to cacti no problem. I am able to set up devices but for some reason I do not get any graphs only broken RED X's.

When I run the following command I get the results below.

C:\php>php.exe c:\apache2\htdocs\cacti\cmd.php
Status: 404
Content-type: text/html
X-Powered-By: PHP/4.3.7

No input file specified.

I have turned on debugging for one of my graphs and I get the following error
RRDTool Says:

ERROR: opening 'C:\Apache2\Apache2\htdocs\cacti/rra/3com_3300_switch_snmp_oid_11.rrd': No such file or directory

When I look under the console Graph Options it does say's "Is being Graphed" but I do not see any files in the RRA folder.

I have searched this forum and have tried to figure this out without asking for help but I am stumped at this point.

The rrd files are generated by the poller (cmd.php or cactid).
When you run php.exe you must specify a -f or -q and then the input file.

so you should run c:\php\php.exe -q c:\apache2\htdocs\cacti\cmd.php
