Work finished on nmidNagiosPNP

Post by phalek »

I started work on a plugin for displaying the graphs from the Nagios PNP Plugin within Cacti. This work is based on the nmidSmokeping plugin and so far is quite good looking.
It displays all graphs for the services for the selected host.

Stay tuned for further information on this. Screenshots will follow later ...

Update:
The plugin retrieves all graphs automatically and displays them in the cacti tree. Below is a first screenshot of the integration ....

I'm nearly finished. About to pack it up and upload it with a new build of the nmid plugins ...

Below is the setup screen for the Nagios PNP stuff. You'll probalby know this as it's nearly the same as for my nmidSmokeping plugin.

The Nagios PNP Userid and Password is used to access the Nagios PNP site, so just one secure userid and password is need to get the reports from nagios pnp. No additional/duplicate userid mangement here :-)
