Swap and Real Memory

I'd like to graph the following memory parameters on Win2k servers :
TotalSwap
AvailSwap
TotalReal
AvailReal
I don't know what are the appropriate oids , does anyone know ?

Someone needs to write a script to access the HostResourceMib in Windows 2000/XP. No support for earlier versions of Windows however. Here is some additional information:

Total Real in KBytes:
.1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.2.0
Total Virtual in KBytes (Depends on Number of Volumes)
A - .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.1.X
Virtual in Use is a Calculation
B - .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.4.X - Size of Allocation Units in Bytes
C - .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.X - Size of Partition in Allocation Units (B*C=A)
D - .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.X - Number of Allocation Units In Use

Therefore depending on X, you are looking for
Total Virtual KBytes in Use is:
B * D / 1024 = Virtual KBytes in Use

For Real Memory, let me see, don't see in in the HostResourceMib, you may have to use WMI. Sorry. I do believe that someone out there has some scripts to poll WMI counters. Keep asking.
