I searched some topics on forum for help but without a success. I've been configuring cacti step by step from instalation's tutorial and there havn't been any problems till this step(probably last one). After inputing php c:\apache\htdocs\cacti\poller.php command I got no errors in console but I received included to this post log file from cacti/log and no files in cacti/rra. I got also a information that "UDP ping Timed out". There is no problem to ping manually (ICMP ping is also Timed out in cacti). The firewalls on my computer are disabled and SNMP agent service is active. When I add a distant device (e.g. different computer) its interfaces are correct listed, so it's a prove of some connection.
And my versions:
rrdtool-1.2.15-cygwin-1.5.20
cacti-0.8.7b
cacti-spine-0.8.7a
php-5.2.6-Win32
apache_2.2.9-win32-x86-openssl-0.9.8h-r2
mysql-5.0.67-win32

When you imported the cacti.sql file, was there any errors? Since its a fresh setup, you might want to re-do the MySQL portion of the installation guide and move forward to see if you have the errors again.
Do those select errors always occur?
