Cacti works but poller_commands.php not exiting

Hi,

I have an issue with an install that had been running fine, but now crashes mySQL after a day or so.

It is running 0.8.7b on RHEL3 with the plugin architecture, thold and weathermap.

Spine is taking around 165 seconds to process around about 1500 hosts.

When listing the processes I get the following;

As you can see the poller does it's thing every 5 minutes, but then never exits.

Any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
