First Set of Graphs not showing Up

Post by wsasser »

I moved my Cacti to a Windows Platform from Unbuntu. The Unbuntu works OK but web pages drop and I'd like to move more into WMI.

Here are the issues I'm running in to on the new system.

If you open the Graphs via the Tree, they are all "dead" but if you click into one of the graphs, the graphs are plotted.

confused?

Reviewing the Settings, I changed the RRDTool Utility Version to "1.2x"

What is the best way to pull the version specs for say PHP and RRD tool so I can verify the setups

I'm having this exact problem, except on freeBSD 6.2, ie
If you open the Graphs via the Tree, they are all "dead" but if you click into one of the graphs, the graphs are plotted.

I'm using cacti 0.8.7.b, rrd 1.3.0,

I can only select rrdtool 1.2.x in the cacti configs, is this the source of the issue?

Any help much appriciated.

actually, show have checked my work first.

Setting the rrdtool to 1.2.x solved the issue, I had just recently changed it from 1.0.x.

Cheers,

RD Tools is set to 1.2x

Post by wsasser »

My config is set to RRDTool 1.2x and the SNMP Utility Ver is set to "UCD-SNMP 4x". Can anyone tell me what the diffference is between the UCD and the NET type?

UCD is way old. Suppose we should remove it. Never tried, to be honest, to use this setting
