Cacti Problem

Hi Dears,

I have installed cacti and i have the following problems, and i need your urgent support:

_host status is unknown while i have no snmp error
_graphs are not generated and while trying to run poller by hand i got the following errors:

08/14/2008 10:30:20 AM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] FATAL: Cannot connect to MySQL server on 'localhost'. Please make sure you have specified a valid MySQL database name in 'include/config.php'.
PHP Warning: array_merge(): Argument #2 is not an array in /usr/share/cacti/poller.php on line 61
PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /usr/share/cacti/poller.php on line 115

You need to resolve that problem before you move on with anything else.

Dear I checked the file carefully and every thing is ok, also i logged to mysql successfully with the same user/password and the same database nam, is there any solution for such problem

You will have to pay great attention to the correct permissions in MySQL. E.g. when permitting accesss against the IP@ of the MySQL host versus permitting against 127.0.0.1
