data source summation

Post by fristi »

Hello everybody,

We want to make the sum of 2 interfaces and show the result of this proces in a chart.
We are running cacti 0.8.7b on Solaris 10.
What is the best idea to resolve this issue ?

Many thanks,

Thanx for the fast reply, just one more question, in the install manual they are talking about changing the global.cfg, but when I installed cacti I changed the config.cfg instead, what is the diff ?

Many thanks,
Lieven
