need help ASAP - I changed a Graph Template now I cannot

Post by gmenarvino »

Hello I modified graph template (Cisco - SAA Jitter/Error Statistics). I removed some of the graph items, then I went to the graph and i was able to see the "new" graph without the items I had removed....

The big problem here is that I removed items that I should not remove and I have re-imported the template thinking that it resolve the issue but the graph is still showing the graphic with the items removed.....

Then I went to graph managment, find one of the host that was graphing Cisco - SAA Jitter/Error Statistics and I was able to see that the "graph items field" were in NONE, so I changed each of one from NONE to the correct Graph Item Fields value and when I press SAVE the graphic still graph everithing without the changes!!! and... if I go back to the Graph Item Fields after I saved I can see that my changes were not saved.

Please I need helo ASAP, I´m worried to lose more than 200 graphs!!!
It is a prodcution server :(

Any helo will be really appreciate,

Gaston

Well, you are not loosing data, unless you modified the data source templates or data input methods.

I'm not sure what has occur on your system. Can I login to troubleshoot the issue?

FYI, I'm not near a computer and may not be able to assist till this weekend.
