MacTrack and Generic Dot1Q

I would like to be able to use MacTrack to get MAC to IP to Port on Cisco Catalyst Express 500 switches. I get MACs, IPs, and hostnames but the port numbers seem to duplicate for multiple devices.

We have McAffee ePolicy Orchestrator which sees all switches and correctly IDs the MACs/IPs/Hostnames to the correct switch ports. We don't want anything to do with McAffee anymore!

Anyone have any idea about generic dot1q information?
