Windows & SNMP Error

No matter what device i try to create i get this at the top of the page:

SNMP Information
SNMP error

1) verify with GetIF or snmpwalk that snmp is working and properly set up on the computer
2) make sure you've followed the the win32 install guide. snmp enabled in php.ini? make sure only one php.ini lives on your computer.

Also make sure that you have put in the correct community string. Try to do an snmpget to that device and see if it returns any data. It's possible that your Cacti Server is unable to communicate with the host/device
