Hi currently I am graphing some time data from a UPS. The MIB returns the time in seconds. I there an easy way add in the math to convert the seconds to minutes for graph use?

Yes, it's called a CDEF. Simply store your data in seconds and then convert it with a CDEF that does the following:
CURRENT_DATASOURCE, 60, /
