You should increase log level, check the OID used in log, and try the query from the command line (with snmpwalk for example).

Navigation path (from the web interface):
Console -> Settings

Change the "Poller Logging Level" to DEBUG (note current value).
Remember to change it back after.

The target host does not respond to the OID ...58.0. You may try to query from command line via snmpwalk.

Thank u, Reinhard. I wanna know if it should install the agent in the machines to be supervised like zabbix-agent? We install nothing in the remote machines? All we do is to configure Cacti server?

I've tried to query from command line via snmpwalk, and the result is like this:

UCD-SNMP-MIB::ssCpuRawUser.0 = Counter32: 15568057

It means what? And what should I deal with it?

Thanks! :P

Usually, the target should support snmp. As your query shows, this is currently the case. You've run this snmpwalk from the cacti host?

Yes, I've run the snmp like the capture shows.
I did the command "snmpwalk -c public -v 1 <l'IP de la machine à superviser> <OID>"

It shows "No response from <la machine à superviser>" like the capture mentionned

What should I do, please? Thanks! :wink:

Ok, your second to last post made me wonder ...
You must install and configure an SNMP package on the target system to be able to run SNMP requests against it. Your localhost seems to be fine, but the remote target does not answer. Please see 1st link of my signature to learn how to install SNMP and how to configure.
Make sure, the snmpwalk for the remote target runs fine prior to checking cacti again

My target system is Windows, and i haven't installed anything. Should I do something for the target system? I use Nagios, munin, zabbix to supervise ce Windows, it works well, but only Cacti doesn't work. I've read the fisrt link, but haven't got a clue... :( :o
If there is some configurations to do in the target system 'Windows', what should I do, and how, please? Thanks a lot :lol:
