Increase the timeout for that device to 3 or 5 seconds. Then click the green circle to refresh that device query.

green circle is ok!
Three other Cacti 0.8.7a servers have such a problem
in the 0.8.7b,iusse resolve :cry:

It's really a problem with the Windows snmp agent. If the system gets busy or some times it just doesn't like to respond to disk snmp requests. Some times reinstalling the snmp agent fixes the issue too.

no snmp agent issue.i used 3 windows server test this iusse.
whatever Storage Allocation Units is 4096 or 512B, drive C can be display
and other disk drive can't be display.
floppy and CD-ROM can be diskplay.
why?my 3 cacti by 0.8.7a all have this iusse?

i thought it mybe is database storage or transfer iusse.......but i can't find it.

Ok,i resolved iusse.
the iusse.is disk vol is not standard ascii.i change it to emtry.that's ok!
but old net-snmp can be provide other letter. ex. chinese~

I'm having the same problem as the log below.
A detail below are all virtual hosts.
I use Hyper-V, will have something to do?

I also get timeouts for some Windows hosts running on Hyper-V (despite increasing the values) with OID:'.1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.2' and OID:'.1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.5'.
