I'm not sure if I commented out my debugging code. You may find it, if still present, at setup.php. Uncomment each commented line that holds "cacti_log" and retry. Now find some logging info in cacti.log. Filter for RRDCLEAN and post results.

there are no lnes with this output .....

i have reinstalled the older version .... but i don't understand why i see a lot of old rra .... i try to archive them .... but after the execution of the command the rra are not moved in my archive dir .... why? permissions?

Permissions may be an issue. I'm quite sure, that each move will be logged (It's some time I used it last). If you can't find it then, permissions is the first guess

i'm not able to delete rra with rrdclean.

The permissions are ok ... apache can write on cacti rra dir.

Whene i delete an rra file i can't obtain any error message ... but the file is always there.

I have the same problem when i delete a single graph.

please help me

Hello !

I've installed the rrdclean plugin correctly but I don't show the new link for access to the plugin in cacti.

I've placed the rrdclean in the plugins directory and add the value "rrdclean" to the array in the global.php file.

Can you help me ?

Did you activate the realm id for the user? See "User Management", select the user and then check the RRDClean checkbox

I searched the forums but couldn't find a resolution. I uploaded rrdclean 0.36 but it does not shot up in either installed or uninstalled section in plugin management. Hast Du eine Idee?

Great plugin... when it's operational (!)

Just to confirm, is it supposed to work with spine ?

On one of my two Cacti servers (see config in my signature), I still have this message :

Code: Select all

Notice: Undefined index: rrdcleaner.php:restart in /usr/share/cacti/lib/functions.php on line 1634

and no rrdclean action in the logs.

File permissions are OK.

(On the other server which has quite the same config but without spine, it works)
